LEICA Q3 43

Leica Camera AG is responding to the calls from the Leica community for a versatile standard lens with the new Leica Q3 43, which will open up new creative possibilities for portraiture and street photography. The new APO-Summicron 43 f/2 ASPH. lens, specially developed by Leica, is uncompromisingly designed for image quality and depicts scenes as the human eye sees them.

Besides the lens, the new Leica Q3 43 also looks different to its sister model, the Leica Q3, with 28 mm focal length. The new grey leather elegantly stands out from the black camera housing and accentuates the timeless design that Leica cameras are known for worldwide.

Seamless connectivity with the Leica FOTOS App via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth allows for simple editing and sharing of photos and videos. Thanks to its certification as “Made for iPhone® and iPad®” accessories, this works very smoothly with iOS devices. With the creative Leica Looks, which can be loaded directly onto the camera via the app, you can create breathtaking images right there on your camera in the blink of an eye.

The high-resolution BSI CMOS full-frame sensor with Triple Resolution technology enables images with resolutions of 60, 36 or 18 megapixels. The Leica Q3 43 also gives you the choice between automatic or fully manual operation. Thanks to the frame lines, which display a focal length of 43 to 150 mm, an image section corresponding to the selected focal length can be photographed in the 5.76 MP OLED viewfinder or on the tiltable 3 inch high-resolution touchscreen. The ISO range from 50 to 100,000 as well as the high-precision and fast hybrid autofocus system make this robust camera with IP52 protection class the ideal tool to document your view of the world every day – as a video with up to 8k resolution
